Skeye Platform

The Skeye Platform represents a revolutionary leap forward in our quest to democratise access to celestial data and foster a global community of engaged sky observers, researchers, and enthusiasts alike. This digital space will serve as a nexus of innovation and collaboration and is far more than just a repository for data; it is a dynamic hub that holds vast possibilities for exploration, collaboration, and discovery.

  1. A Global Network of Observers:

The Skeye Platform serves as a virtual meeting ground where observers can come together to share their findings, experiences, and insights. It provides a space for lively discussions and debates over the images and videos captured and uploaded by the community of Skeye Camera operators. These individuals, driven by curiosity and a passion for the skies, will collectively contribute to an ever-expanding repository of sky-related information. By crowdsourcing data analysis, we tap into a diverse range of expertise, ensuring a more comprehensive and accurate understanding of celestial phenomena. Participation will provide token rewards, with the level of engagement and discussion dictating the level of rewards.

  1. Machine Learning Algorithm / AI Integration:

The Skeye Camera boasts a machine learning algorithm that will be trained with images to implement image classification. Thanks to this classification, the AI decides to proceed with one of the following two options, it can either:

a) track and centre objects in its frame

b) ignore the image and remain stationary based on the classification.

This functionality assists users with identifying what objects are worth inspecting, and what are not worth inspecting. As time progresses, the AI component of the Skeye Camera will steadily increase in sophistication, continuously enhancing its ability to analyse footage and identify captured objects with increasing accuracy. This feature will empower the community to focus its efforts on investigating more unusual sightings and save time that would otherwise have been spent sifting through large hours of recordings.

  1. Camera Operating System - Data Upload & Storage.

Having detected an object of interest, which will be most objects until the AI has been trained sufficiently, the user will be notified through the Skeye Camera application. Users can then choose to view the camera feed through their app, and if the user deems it intriguing enough, the footage can be recorded. Captures will initially be time stamped and stored in the camera’s local memory, and is subsequently uploaded to the cloud. The local camera memory holds two day’s worth of memory before being wiped and accessible in the cloud.

Because this data is meticulously catalogued and made available to the public, it allows for both independent verification of observations and ensures openness and the integrity of the information collected.

____________

Revenue Distribution and Engagement Token Rewards.

The beauty of the Skeye project is that it also gives back to the community through revenue distribution and engagement token rewards.

  • Participation on the platform, such as image capture uploads and advancing the discourse will provide users with token rewards, with the level of engagement and discussion dictating the level of rewards.

  • Investors who hold the native Skeye token stand to earn passive income, as they receive a portion of the revenue generated from Skeye Camera sales, distributed in the form of USDC. This setup provides token holders with the opportunity to enjoy substantial, direct dividends, with the magnitude of these earnings directly proportional to the size of their token holdings.
